About

Dr. Przemyslaw Kaczmarek, PsyD, RCC

From a young age, I felt a deep calling to become a mental health professional. For nearly a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to developing both scholarly and practical expertise in psychotherapy—a lifelong journey of learning and growth. With a commitment to excellence in remote care, I have refined my skills in delivering therapy through teleconferencing platforms and over the phone, ensuring clients receive high-quality support wherever they are.

My Background

With extensive experience across diverse counseling and supervisory roles, I’ve developed foundational skills in de-escalation, empathy, and rapport-building. My background includes supervisory positions in childcare settings focused on supporting children with varying needs, where I gained a deep understanding of developmental challenges and effective interventions. In clinical work, I have supported trauma survivors through compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches that foster healing and resilience. Now, in private practice, I employ a client-centered, eclectic approach to serve individuals, couples, and youth, helping them navigate personal challenges and achieve meaningful growth.

My Method

Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all, or even a ‘fits most,’ process. I approach each client as a unique individual, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor our work together. My training spans Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Adlerian Therapy, but I don’t adhere rigidly to any single approach. Instead, I blend techniques and integrate the latest insights from fields like pharmacology and neuroscience to create a treatment plan that’s both flexible and effective for you.
